Hey! I’m Oğuzhan, a software engineer and a Master’s student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Right now, I’m working part-time at Siemens, where I contribute to internal tools used for cybersecurity monitoring. Most of my background is in software engineering, especially fullstack development, and I really enjoy building systems that are practical, stable, and actually get used.

While my main focus is software engineering, I’ve recently been exploring the cybersecurity space more actively, especially through my Master’s thesis, where I’m applying large language models to detect anomalies in network traffic.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked on a variety of projects across different teams and company sizes. What I’ve learned is that I enjoy clear, focused engineering, and I’m happiest when I’m learning something new while shipping useful things.

Outside of work, I’m into running and working out. Whether it’s in code or daily life, I enjoy breaking down complex systems and finding patterns that make them work better.
